ParkFit is an outdoor group fitness program designed for women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Whether you're training for a marathon, just beginning your fitness journey, or simply looking for an hour of energizing "me time" in a supportive environment, ParkFit has something for you.

We believe fitness should be simple. That’s why there are no contracts, sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or notice periods - just straightforward training on your terms.

 
Since 2020, we've been helping women build confidence, find community, and achieve their goals - all while having fun outdoors.

What We Do

ParkFit workouts are best described as dynamic, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that are constantly varied to keep things fresh and engaging. We use a mix of bodyweight movements, light functional equipment, and whatever the outdoors provides - from park benches to hills and stairs.

No two workouts are the same, and each session is thoughtfully designed to suit all fitness levels. Our programming focuses on full-body strength and conditioning, with specific muscle group targets on different days to ensure balanced training.
 
You can expect short bursts of cardio, bodyweight and mat-based exercises, and a rotating selection of equipment to challenge your body in new ways - always with an emphasis on fun, variety, and progress.

Trainer-Darren-ParkFit

Darren holds diplomas in Sports Management and Exercise Science and is a qualified personal and group fitness trainer, as well as a certified nutrition coach.
Since beginning his career in the fitness industry in 2012, he has gained over a decade of hands-on experience helping individuals improve their health, strength, and confidence.

A lifelong athlete, Darren’s passion for movement has led him to compete in a variety of disciplines including trail running, obstacle course racing, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts.

His philosophy on fitness is simple: consistency is everything. All you need to do is show up. Some days you train hard, some days you take it easy - but showing up is what builds real results.
 
For Darren, exercise goes beyond aesthetics; it’s a mental reset, a source of achievement, and a powerful form of therapy that every person can benefit from.
